Terms and Conditions
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and breakfast unless otherwise stated.
Credit card details are required at the time of booking. Your card details will be used to both guarantee your booking with a deposit (£50.00 per room) also charges can be made in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policies or other hotel policies (i.e damage to the property).
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 15.00 Guests are required to vacate rooms by 11:00
For individual room bookings, we operate a two day cancellation policy coomencing from 15:00 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01248 670489. Cancellation by email is not recommended as we will only accept the cancellation from the time we receive your email not from the time you sent it (in the event of internet failure). You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your full stay. Group bookings will be given a separate cancellation policy at the time of booking dependent upon the number of rooms booked; therefore the 48 hour cancellation policy does not apply.
Deposits are non-refundable and are charged at £50.00 per room which will be deducted from your final account.
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation or curtailment of your booking.
Loss or Damage of Hotel Property
Management reserve the right to charge in full for any items removed from the guest rooms without prior consent.
The Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply will result in a charge being made.
On-site car parking is complimentary however vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.
Wifi in the hotel is complimentary and available in bedrooms and public areas however all usage has to be within legal boundaries.
