Martin and his team of talented chefs take great care and pride in the dishes that leave the kitchen, where we rely on fresh local ingredients: Meat from local farmers and butchers, freshly caught local fish, and in the summer vegetables and herbs straight from the garden.A daily 'fixed price' menu with a choice of 4 for each course, is available each evening, freshly prepared, using the best local produce. Breakfast is a memorable affair - home made rolls, preserves and yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, kedgeree in winter, kippers or haddock with Welsh Rarebit or try our full Welsh breakfast with homemade oatcakes & laverbread.
