At Ty’n Rhos’ fine dining restaurant in Caernarfon we are firm believers in ‘gourmet chic’. That means great food is very important to us. We absolutely adore cooking, culinary art and using our chef’s talent and wealth of knowledge to develop delicious new dishes for all the foodies out there.

It is all about pushing the boundaries to produce both delicious and beautiful food that elegantly balances flavours and aromas to make dining with us a truly wonderful experience. That is why we are delighted to bring you a new gourmet dessert creation – The Ty’n Rhos Coconut.
Over the last few weeks here at Ty’n Rhos’ fine dining restaurant in Caernarfon, our chefs have been hard at work designing and crafting new dishes to entice you for the summer. It is essential that our food matches with the best elements of each season.
Our favourite creation for summer, as of yet, is the Tyn Rhos Coconut. It is made delicately using the finest Valrhona chocolate, Philippine coconuts and the chef’s inventive imagination.
With a mixture of sweet flavours running through the coconut parfait, the British chewy style macaroon and the crisp nougatine glaze, the dark chocolate sorbet is a great accompaniment to this divine dessert.
The Ty’n Rhos Coconut is a true taste of paradise and will be on the menu from spring onwards, just one more reason for you to look forward to your stay with us here at Ty’n Rhos.
