Arrival drink and canapés, four course evening dinner with matching wines, and coffee to finish your evening.
This event will be hosted by local wine and cheese supplier Deiniol, owner of Blas ar Fwyd.
These evenings are sociable events and you may be seated with other guests on tables of up to 6 people, with the evening’s emphasis on good food, wine and conversation.
The evening will be £59.00 per person inclusive of all above.

Gourmet Evening – Saturday 8th March 2014

Following last year’s successful event, we are delighted to organise another special evening for this Spring.
Once again our evening is teamed with Tanners wine merchants, who have selected the wines for the evening to match the menu our Ty’n Rhos Chefs have put together.
Our evening will commence at 7pm with Canapés and reception drink before being seated at approximately 7.30pm to enjoy an eight course tasting menu. The evening will be hosted by ourselves who will talk you through the dishes, and Matthew Evans, Master of Wines, will give a brief description of each wine match.
While relaxing over coffee at the end of a memorable evening, you will be able to chat with both our chefs and Matthew, should there be any questions you wish to ask or any wines you wish to order.
The evening is all about good food, good wine, good conversation. You will be seated on tables of up to 6 people.
Stay over from £85.00 per room, bed and breakfast (based on two sharing). Additional nights can be added should you wish to make a short break package.
