Owned and run by talented Chef/Proprietor Martin James

Martin has worked at 5-star hotels and Country Houses in Britain and abroad.

He is one of Anton Mosimann's Dorchester Chefs and was at Hambleton Hall when they gained their first Michelin Star. After a spell as personal Executive Chef to Canadian Diplomat in Hampshire, he was Head Chef at Bodysgallen Hall for 8 years before owning his own Award Winning Restaurant with rooms in Llandudno.

 Martin's traditonal style of cooking is grounded in using only the very best local produce and he is proud to be producing a variety of fruit and vegetables at our gardens here at Ty'n Rhos.
