This is a weekend specifically designed for those who love both food and wine. The highlight being an 8 course tasting menu with matching wines.
This weekend is a one off weekend in conjunction with Terry Platt our wine merchant who will be responsible for selecting and matching the wines to the food being served. Also our local quality cheese supplier Blas ar Fwyd will be present to provide you with a cheese tasting afternoon.
Our weekend starts following your arrival on Friday 23rd November with a relaxing two course dinner. Saturday starts with a full Welsh breakfast, followed by a cheese and wine tasting lunch in our conservatory hosted by Blas ar Fwyd. In the early evening join us in the lounge for an aperitif and canapes. Then enjoy our eight course tasting menu hosted by Terry Platt, Ty'n Rhos and Blas ar Fwyd talking you through the array of food and wine.

These prices are based on two people sharing (excluding the single room rate), and prices are for the two night stay. Please note that the Saturday evening dinner is a party evening and tables will be of approximately 6 people.
