The bedrooms have quality furnishings and fittings, all are individual in design and have en-suite facilities, All rooms have flat-screen, remote controle colour TV with 'freeview'.
The finest Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury bespoke bedding, soft furnishings and furniture, complimentary tea, coffee & hot chocolate with home made biscuits.
Luxury robes with Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. WIFI internet access from public rooms and some of the bedrooms at present, to be extended to all bedrooms in due course.
On a stroll outside, you will be able to take in the delights of our garden where you can sit and enjoy the views with perhaps a pre-dinner aperitif, or you might enjoy a game of croquet.

Evening Dinner is 2.3 or 5 course, the choice is yours, prices range from - £26.50 -£38.50 (discounts for two or more nights - please ask for our Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates).
Informal Dress Code but we do ask you to consider your fellow guests.
Children sharing a room with 2 adults are half price B & B & half price dinner with childrens portions.
Pets - where permitted, (by arrangement only) are charged from £5 each per night depending on the room. Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the public areas or to be left alone in the rooms if likely to stress.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is made to secure a room on your behalf and other guests will be turned away, therefore a deposit is non refundable unless we are able to re-let the room.It may be possible to transfer a deposit to another date, but this is at the discretion of the Manager. If cancelled within 48hrs a full charge will be made if we are unable to re-let the room. As with all holidays, cancellation insurance is required. Please note our cancellation policy for special times and events such as Christmas is different so please refer to the specific time/event you are interested in booking.
